Welcome to the official JammuCity- Google Technology User Group (Jammu City-GTUG).

Established on March, 2011, Jammu City-GTUG is a Jammu based non-profit developers group to learn, share and know more about Google technologies. The group was started by a group of Google fans and enthusiasts who are interested in using Google's evolving technologies and APIs.

The membership is open to newbies, developers, managers and organizations who are interested in Google's technologies or use them as part of their projects. The Jammu City-GTUG is an independent user group with an interest in Google technology.

Vision

Our vision is to be the first-stop top-notch Google developer group in Jammu where individual and corporate developers can interact with, and learn and share from one another.

Mission

Our mission is to make available various channels for developers to interact. Our channels would be both virtual and real. We are building a strong web presence through many of the leading social networking websites and tools. In addition, we plan to organize regular developer events where developers can showcase their products and interact with other developers.The community was founded in March 2011.

2012 Mar 3	Introduction to GTUG,Android apps and Hackathon Android, OpenSocial 22 attendees more... Introduction to GTUG and Android apps were given. Introduction to participate into Hackathon and DevfestX which GTUG Jammucity members and GTUG Chandigarh members attended at Google Gurgaon were given.
2012 Feb 25	JammuCity GTUG at Camp hackathon Android 44 attendees more... The event is the first planned Hackathon and GTUG JammuCity will be presenting a Android App Development Session. It will be a core session in which some Android Apps will be developed and some Google API's will be discussed.
2012 Feb 11	JammuCity GTUG at Google DevFestX Android 80 attendees more... The event is powered by various GTUG's in India . JammuCity GTUG representatives will be participating at the event along with various volunteers. And JammuCity GTUG team will be metting with Googlers for Interaction at Google DevfestX (at Google Office ,Gurgaon)
