What: Presentations on Mobile development with Google Technology (plus socializing). We have a special guest From Germany: the founder of m-gwt Daniel Kurka. He's gonna talk about that. We also have two presentations on Testing Android applications, one from a developers' point of view, and one from a testers'.Since this is also about Mobile Development, we have invited the Dutch Android User Group too!

droidcon is the world’s largest independent, community-run Android developer gathering. droidcon is spreading geographically; aside from the Berlin origins and its repetitions, developers have gathered at European droidcons in London, Brussels, Bucarest and Amsterdam. And while this text is being written, the first non-European droidcon in Bangalore, India, is facing its start.

 

droidcon is all about learning the latest about Android, meeting the Android community, and giving you a stage to talk about your apps or solutions or just discuss a problem you are facing. What’s more, droidcon is about how businesses are increasingly utilizing Android and how companies and freelance developers can make money out of this. And, last but not least, droidcon will be the platform to discuss bleeding edge technology in the Android field and see where it all goes. (We are sure, by the way, that it’s going to be far beyond smartphones and tablets.)
